We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a garment does not meet your expectations, here is how to proceed.

Return timeframe

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a garment.

Return costs

• Private purchases: returns are free.
• Retailers (B2B area): return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Size exchange

• Private purchases: we offer direct size exchange, without waiting for a refund.
• Retailers (B2B area): return with refund and a new order is required.

Garment condition

The garment must be returned unworn, with original tags still attached and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Complete the form below with your order number and reason for return: we will respond with shipping instructions. For high-value garments, we recommend tracked shipping: we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

What happens next

Once we receive the garment, we will send you a confirmation email and notify you of the outcome of your request. If approved, the refund is processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Delayed or missing refund?

If you do not yet see the credit, first check the statement for the card or account used: sometimes bank processing takes a few days longer than our confirmation. If the problem persists, contact us at service@morgano.com.
