Yes, within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. After that time, the order goes into processing and can no longer be changed.

You will always receive an order confirmation via email with a summary of your purchase. If you need an invoice, you can request one by emailing our customer service team at customer service.

Items in the I Classici line are restocked on an ongoing basis: if a size is temporarily out of stock, it will be restocked shortly.

For online purchases, shipping is free, with no minimum order amount.

For reseller customers, shipping is free for orders over €500 within Italy and €1,000 for international orders. For orders below these thresholds, the shipping cost is calculated when the order is processed, based on the actual weight and volume of the goods, and charged on the invoice.

Italy: 3 business days. European Union and non-EU countries: 3–5 business days.

For private purchases, we ship throughout the European Union; any duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Are you a private customer located outside the EU? Contact us, and we’ll evaluate shipping on a case-by-case basis. Shipping outside the EU is already available for resellers with access to the B2B area, under the terms agreed upon when the account was activated.

You will receive an email with a link to track your shipment as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

For private purchases, returns are free. For B2B resellers, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For individual purchases, yes, we offer direct size exchanges. For B2B resellers, returns are accepted with a refund, followed by a new order.

The refund will be processed within 2 days of receiving the return.

Extrafine Merino is a 100% merino wool yarn that is lightweight and soft to the touch, ideal for versatile garments that can be worn year-round. The Merino/Cashmere blend (90/10) combines the softness of merino wool with the cozy warmth of cashmere, creating more luxurious and warm garments.

We recommend hand-washing with mild detergents specifically designed for wool and cashmere, and laying the garment flat to dry away from direct heat sources. To store the garment, fold it (never hang it, to prevent the shoulders from losing their shape) and place it in a cotton bag or a breathable box in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Add a few cedar balls or a sachet of lavender to naturally repel moths, and avoid using mothballs, as wool tends to absorb them.

Yes, all Morgano garments have been produced entirely at our manufacturing facility in the province of Treviso since 1969.
